Our primary goal is to enable our client to get the maximum uptime for their business critical applications. This is difficult to achieve using a break/fix approach. Instead we create a maintenance plan that checks the whole network. This plan allows us to see issues occurring and stop them from happening. So many business suffer crippling outages can be avoided altogether by following a simple maintenance plan.
